Welcome to the North Santiam Fraternal Order of Eagles (F.O.E.) #3384, located in the heart of Mill City, Oregon. Charted originally in 1969 (with our Aerie established on March 20 and our Ladies’ Auxiliary on July 23), we have spent over five decades serving as a cornerstone of community, fellowship, and charity in the North Santiam Canyon area.

The Fraternal Order of Eagles is an international non-profit organization united by the shared motto of “People Helping People”. At Chapter #3384, we bring that mission to life locally every single day. We work hard to improve our neighborhood, support local causes, and provide a welcoming place where our members can gather and thrive.

Our international guiding principles are built on Liberty, Truth, Justice, and Equality. Locally, our mission is to make a tangible difference in Mill City and surrounding areas through:

  • Community Support: We actively raise funds and volunteer for local programs, schools, and civic initiatives.
  • National Charities: Through the F.O.E. Grand Aerie, we help contribute millions annually toward research for heart disease, kidney disease, cancer, and diabetes.
  • Unwavering Fellowship: We provide a safe, family-friendly, and welcoming environment to build lifelong bonds.

Our lodge at 640 S Broadway St is far more than just a meeting space—it is a bustling community hub. We offer our members a steady calendar of events and social activities, including:

  • Famous Food Nights: Join us for our regular Friday Night Steak Nights and other member dinners!
  • Social Events & Entertainment: From karaoke nights to seasonal parties, there is always something fun happening on the calendar.
  • Volunteer Opportunities: Giving back is rewarding. We regularly look for volunteers to pitch in with our kitchen crews, community cleanups, and fundraising events.
